The backstory

Fourteen years. That's how long I've been doing this — and I still find it the most interesting job in the world. I've taught five-year-olds their first Spanish words, helped teenagers survive high school exams, walked young professionals through business presentations, and watched adults in their sixties finally hold a real conversation in a second language. Every single case taught me something different.

I specialize in DELE exam preparation across all levels. I know the exam inside out — the formats, the tricks, the parts that trip people up, and the strategies that actually work. Students who come to me for DELE don't just pass. They understand why they passed, which means the knowledge sticks.

Here's something I don't hide: I'm a language learner too. I know what it feels like to sit in a class and not understand a single sentence. I know the frustration, the embarrassment, the small victories that feel huge. That experience made me a better teacher — one who never forgets what's hard about learning a language, and never takes your effort for granted.

How I teach

1
I adapt to you — not the other way around.
Flexible isn't a buzzword for me, it's a necessity. A 7-year-old and a 45-year-old executive need completely different things from a Spanish class. I read each student's pace, goals, and energy, and I build the class around that. You won't feel like you're following someone else's plan.
2
Mistakes are information, not failures.
I correct you — clearly, directly, and without judgment. Every mistake tells me something useful: what to reinforce, what to explain differently, what you're almost getting right. Letting errors slide doesn't protect you. It leaves you stuck.
3
I've been the confused student in the room.
Learning a language as an adult is humbling. I know that from personal experience. So when you're frustrated, I don't brush it off — I understand it. That empathy shapes everything about how I teach: the patience, the pacing, the way I explain things until they actually click.
