Mr. Michaels: Let’s get started. First, your job performance gets high marks.
Lee: That’s great news. I worked hard to meet the company’s expectations.
Mr. Michaels: I was also pleased with your attitude.
Lee: I think having a positive attitude helps me achieve great customer service.
Mr. Michaels: I liked the way you worked to meet the customers halfway.
