Cada mañana, esta es mi rutina. Usualmente me despierto a las 7 de la mañana, me baño y me lavo los dientes. Después, me preparó mi desayuno y me pongo a trabajar.
Generalmente me pongo a trabajar a las 10 de la mañana, aunque, algunas veces, yo trabajo a las 11. Entonces, después de 3 o 4 horas, yo descanso un poco. Regularmente, descanso 20 o 30 minutos, sin embargo, algunas veces yo me siento muy cansando, entonces, en esas ocasiones, yo duermo 40 o 50 minutos.
Mas tarde, yo veo televisión y me preparo la cena, normalmente para cenar, yo como solamente pollo, ya que no me gusta la carne.
Al final de todos los días, yo leo aproximadamente 45 minutos, y escucho la radio por 15 minutos.
